Tour Price: $839* per person

*We are happy to report that, due to the fabulous hardworking efforts of the whole band community this year, the BPA was able to contribute ~$15,000 of association funds to the cost of the band trip. This reduced the amount of the final deposit for each trip participant by $150.

Mandatory Trip Meeting

A mandatory meeting for trip participants (parents are encouraged to attend) will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at 7PM in the Penncrest auditorium. Attendance is necessary for trip participation.
We will review safety, and itinerary information as well as what to pack and expected conduct.

Mandatory Band Trip Rehearsal for ALL Band Members!

Wednesday, March 9 from 3 PM to 5 PM

Last Deposit Due By 3/1/22

Make a second deposit of $219* by Tuesday, 3/1/22
*Note: Any account balance including Scrip credit has been applied toward your balance in your invoice.

 

Payments can be made in three ways:

  1. Direct Bank Transfer (no service fee):  Open the invoice that was emailed to you by Penncrest Band in your browser and click on the Pay Now button.

  2. Check (no service fee): Drop off your check in the band room (made payable to: Penncrest Band).

  3. PayPal* (service fee): (Please add an additional $6.00 to your deposit amount to cover PayPal fee) : Click on the link below and enter your amount in the "Price per Item" box. 

    *You do not need to have a PayPal account for this payment option.
