2022 Penncrest Marching Band Chaperones & Volunteers
Parents, guardians and grandparents directly benefit their student in band when volunteering, and set an extremely positive example.

The fall is a very busy time for the Marching Band (football games, parades and competitions/festivals), and there is a lot of work required to ensure a smooth season.

Report time for volunteers and chaperones is the same as the students’ report time.  Generally, this means 1 hour before start time for home football games and 1.5 hours before start time for away football games.  Report times for parades and competitions vary.  Always confirm report time with Mr. Snyder.

**Please note, all volunteers must have all three (3) clearances up to date and be approved by the Rose Tree Media School District before working with students.  To check on the status of your clearances, please call the main office at Penncrest at 610-627-6200.

If you are not registered as a volunteer, please visit the RTMSD Volunteers webpage and complete the required process.
