Please note a change for this year: Pre-paid lunches will be delivered to your booth by a member of the band. If you do not pre-pay for lunch, lunch will not be delivered to your booth but you are welcome to visit our Bass Clef Cafe on your own. This bagged lunch will be a soda (of your choice), a hot dog or slice of pizza, and a bag of potato chips. Ordering and payment of lunch will be sent out starting about a month before the event.

Additional Information

Any additional information you would like to share, like any specific handicap or disability needs or if you are a returning crafter and have a preferred location (We can't guarantee you the spot but we will do our best to accommodate).

APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CRAFT SHOW YOU WILL RECEIVE A DIAGRAM WITH YOUR ASSIGNED LOCATION, DIRECTIONS, AND UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS.

It will be very important that crafters arrive & be set-up by 9:30AM.

A reminder that school tables will not be available – 2 chairs will be provided

The Crafter hereby releases the Penncrest Band, Penncrest High School, and the Rose Tree Media School District of any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses of whatever kind or nature that may arise out of or in connection with the 2025 Penncrest High School Band Holiday Craft Show.The crafter acknowledges that is is an indoor event.
