Registration Fee
Your school’s registration fee of $125.00 helps defray the cost of our professional performer/clinicians.

Arrival 3:00-3:30PM
Meet your student guide, load in, check into your homeroom, and come to the auditorium.

Group Clinics 3:30-4:20PM
The afternoon will begin in our auditorium, as students in all bands will experience a group clinic held by our guest artists. The clinic will focus on ensemble playing, listening, interpretation, and the roles of each player in the group. Questions are encouraged!
Instrument Section Clinics 4:30-5:20PM
Instrument Section Clinics are back this year! After the Group Clinics, we will break up into sections where our guest artists will work with students at a more personal level.
Dinner
Dinner will be served in our cafeteria. We will have a variety of food items including allergy and diet-specific offerings for purchase. If you have a student that has particular needs, please contact me in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Snacks will be available throughout the evening at our snack table near the performance area.
Performance with Feedback
Beginning around 6PM, all bands will have a 20-minute time slot to perform on stage. This time includes set-up and exit time. Each band will receive recorded feedback from our professional artists. You will be escorted to the clinic room following your performance to receive an in-person review from a member of the Tony Deangelis Group. Bands are asked to remain in the auditorium to listen to and support the other bands until your warmup time.
Guest Artist Performance
At the conclusion of the band’s performances our guest artists will perform a set for the entire audience.
Available Equipment
We will provide risers and an acoustic shell to enhance your on-stage sound. We have a new Steinway B for your use. Our solo mics are routed through the house system and will be monitored from the back at the soundboard. If you need additional equipment, please indicate in the appropriate form. Bands should provide their own rhythm section equipment.
Tickets
Tickets for the event will be available at the door. Prices are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for student/senior citizens. If you would like tickets in advance, please contact Craig Snyder.
